Q. After I’ve decided on my next Chrysler, Jeep® or Dodge, what steps do I take to finance or lease through Chrysler Financial?
A. Once you decide on a vehicle, you can Apply For Credit by  clicking here. Once your application is submitted, notification will be sent to your preferred Chrysler, Jeep® or Dodge retailer, who you can then contact to arrange the last details. You can also apply for credit in person at your preferred dealership.

Q. I’m coming toward the end of my contract, how can I find out what vehicles would work for me?
A. Take advantage of our Planning Centre. Here you can do everything from calculating your overall budget to comparing monthly payments for the various Chrysler Financial programs. The Planning Centre will help you research not only what vehicles you can afford, but also move along the process at the dealership by allowing you to complete your credit application online.

Q. If I apply for credit or access my account online, will the information I provide and view be secure?
A. Rest assured that at Chrysler Financial we're as concerned about this as you are. We safeguard your personal information with industry-standard security technology. In order to make sure you're receiving all the benefits of our safety and security procedures, we suggest you upgrade to the latest version of your Web browser.

Q. Can I finance or lease a pre-owned Chrysler, Jeep® or Dodge?
A. Yes. Chrysler Financial also offers competitive financing programs customized specifically for pre-owned vehicles. Please inquire with your local retailer.

Q. How many kilometres can I drive a leased Chrysler, Jeep® or Dodge?
A. To fit the varied driving habits and preferences of our customers, Chrysler Financial offers several different lease programs. Our standard lease allows for 24,000 kilometres per year, and our low-kilometre lease allows for 20,400 kilometres per year. In addition, we offer an extra-kilometre lease if you drive more than 24,000 kilometres per year.

Q. How do I go about purchasing my vehicle at the end of my lease?
A. You may have the option to purchase your vehicle at the end of your term. Contact a lease maturity advisor for details.

Q. Is it possible to extend a lease that is ending, for example if my new Chrysler, Jeep® or Dodge isn’t available yet?
A. You may have the option of extending your lease. Please contact a lease maturity advisor to review your options.

Q. What happens if I would like to terminate my lease early?
A. You may, in fact, have various options available to end your lease early, as per the terms of your lease agreement. To inquire about your available options, please visit your local retailer or contact the Chrysler Financial servicing office via e-mail or by phone by calling the Business Centre that services your account. Q. Where can I find my payoff amount on the Chrysler Financial Web site?
A. Finding your payoff amount is simple. Just go to My Account and log in. After you’ve logged in, at the bottom of your account summary select "Request Payoff Amount."

Q. How can I make a payment?
A. Chrysler Financial offers a number of convenient ways for you to make a payment. If you’re looking to eliminate the hassles of stamps and snail mail, Auto-Pay® is the ideal solution. Signing up for Auto-Pay is quick and easy. From My Account go to Auto Pay > and select Sign Up / Check status, supply the requested information on the Auto-Pay Authorization Agreement, then print, sign, and mail it to us along with a void cheque. Chrysler Financial will notify you when your Auto-Pay account goes into effect, then we’ll automatically deduct your monthly payment from your chequing/savings account. Please remember that you must continue to send in your payments by mail until you are notified Auto-Pay has been established.

If you prefer to make a payment the conventional way, simply mail your payment to the Business Centre that services your account. [See list of  Business Centres]

Q. How can I update my personal information?
A. Log in to My Account and then select Update Profile. There you have the opportunity to update your personal information or account preferences. Simply select the Personal Information tab, update your information as necessary, and click "Submit" when finished. Your information will be updated for the account you accessed.

Auto-Pay®

Q. What is Auto-Pay?
A. Auto-Pay is a free service available from Chrysler Financial that automatically deducts your monthly vehicle payment electronically from your chequing or savings account.

Q. How does Auto-Pay work?
A. Each month your payment is deducted from your chequing or savings account. If the date happens to fall on a weekend or holiday, the debit is processed the next business day.

Q. What do I need to qualify for Auto-Pay?
A. All you need is a savings or chequing account in good standing with a financial institution. To sign up, you'll also need to supply some basic personal information, savings or chequing account information, as well as your Chrysler Financial account number(s).

Q. How do I sign up for Auto-Pay?
A. Simply complete the Authorization Agreement. Make sure all the information is complete, then print and sign the document and mail it and a void cheque to the Business Centre that services your account. [See list of  Business Centres]

Q. How will I know my Auto-Pay service has been activated and I can stop mailing payments?
A. You are responsible for mailing your payments until you receive a confirmation letter stating that you are enrolled in Auto-Pay. The enrollment process takes approximately 30 days after we receive your Authorization Agreement. It is very important that you continue mailing your payments until you receive this confirmation letter. You can also check your auto-pay status online in the My Account tab.

Q. What if I haven't received a confirmation letter after four weeks?
A. In this situation, contact Chrysler Financial via e-mail using Contact Us or by calling the Business Centre that services your account to check the status of your Auto-Pay registration. [See list of  Business Centres]

Q. Do I include a payment with my Auto-Pay Authorization Agreement?
A. Yes, you can include a payment with the Auto-Pay Authorization Agreement. Continue making payments by mail until you receive a confirmation letter from Chrysler Financial.

Q. Can I use Auto-Pay for more than one Chrysler Financial account?
A. Yes. Auto-Pay can be used to make payments on as many Chrysler Financial accounts as you like. Simply complete the Authorization Agreement process for each account. Make sure the Authorization Agreement is complete, then print and sign the document and mail it and a void cheque to the Business Centre that services your account. [See list of  Business Centres]

Q. What if I change financial institutions?
A. Transferring Auto-Pay to a new chequing or savings account is easy. All you need to do is complete a new Authorization Agreement with your new account information and send it to Chrysler Financial along with a void cheque. We'll update your Auto-Pay information and send you a confirmation letter stating that we have processed your information change. The process takes approximately 30 days after we receive your Authorization Agreement. Payment will be drawn from your current account until Chrysler Financial and your financial institution have processed the request. In the interim, if you have closed your current bank account you must make payment by mail.

Q. What if I decide to discontinue Auto-Pay?
A. To cancel Auto-Pay simply complete and submit the Cancel Auto-Pay online by going to My Account > Auto-Pay > cancel Auto-Pay. You can continue making payments by mail, or sign up for Auto-Pay again at a later time.

Q. I need to speak to a Chrysler Financial representative about Auto-Pay. Who do I call?
A. If you still have questions about the service, please contact the Chrysler Financial servicing office via e-mail using Contact Us or by calling the Business Centre that services your account. Before calling, make sure to have your banking information and Chrysler Financial account number(s) available so that we can serve you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
